Founder & CEO
Dr. Amjad Al-Rifai is the Founder and CEO of PLANCIBLE and a civil engineering professional with more than 25 years of experience in project management, engineering consultancy, infrastructure, quality management, construction materials, research, and professional training.
His expertise includes project management, quality systems, infrastructure and asset management, pavement engineering, construction materials, and process improvement, with a strong focus on improving project performance, operational efficiency, and long-term infrastructure sustainability.
Through PLANCIBLE, he brings together technical expertise, management experience, and a practical, results-focused approach to support clients across Canada and international markets.
